The Fountain Division of W. P. Law, Inc., along with Robinson Iron Corp., are renovating the historic fountain at the USC Caroliniana Library in Columbia, SC. Just wait until you see the fountain after it is brought back to its former glory!

The Fountain Division, working with BridgePoint General Contracting, kicked off a new splashpad project in the new 100-acre mixed-use development named HUB at RTP. Hub RTP will include more than 1 million SF of commercial and lab space, along with hotel, retail, multi-family residences and more than 16 acres of greenspace, parks and trails. We are excited to be a part of this amazing project.

Susie Jackson Freedom Memorial Garden, Charleston, SC /  by Christi Humbertson

The Fountain Division of W. P. Law, Inc. had the unique experience of working on a very meaningful project known as the "Susie Jackson Freedom Memorial Garden." Susie Jackson was one of the nine people killed during a prayer meeting at Mother Emanuel Church seven years ago on June 17, 2015.

Susie Jackson used the alley, where the new garden is located, to get from her home to work and to church. The City of Charleston, Charleston Parks Conservancy, City Landscape Architect Rodney Porter, and numerous other subcontractors put together a beautiful space for rest and contemplation and met the timeline to open on today's anniversary.

Rodney Porter shared that shortly after we finished the final details and left the site yesterday, a niece of Susie Jackson visited the Garden and was brought to tears by what a wonderful space it was and how much her aunt would have loved the native plants and the sound of cascading water.

Every one of our projects are special to the Fountain Division due to our commitment to excellence, but we must say that this one is especially meaningful.

Patterson Fan Company, Blythewood, SC /  by Christi Humbertson

The Fountain Division has been contracted by Cohn Construction Services to install a water feature in the new addition at the Patterson Fan Company Headquarters in Blythewood, SC. This beautiful atrium, with its lush plants and flowing water, will be a peaceful respite for the Patterson team.

The project is not completed yet, but here is a peak at the progress so far.
